Hi, I’m Eli.
I’m a versatile, award-winning writer and creative director. I’ve led strategic, fully-integrated campaigns for Amtrak, Arcadia, JetBlue, Brookfield, and many more. I’m fun to work with and I sweat the details.
I’m a longtime contributor to The New Yorker, a former staff writer for The Tonight Show, and I’m the senior copywriter for my diary.
Scroll down for (some of) my best stuff.

Amtrak
I lead copy and creative at the Amtrak Downeaster’s Agency of Record. My campaigns have won first place in the AdWheel Awards and seen the train break all-time ridership records.
Our latest campaign is called Picture yourself. We distributed disposable cameras to riders. Here’s our summer broadcast spot. It’s a love letter to the train, from its passengers.

JetBlue
When JetBlue announced three new nonstop routes from NH to FL, my team built an activation-led campaign called Ski You in Florida. We brought a beach party to the slopes.
To top it all off, I wrote and produced a radio ad that won the 2025 award for Excellence in Airport Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience:

Maine’s Public Universities
There’s an entire generation that’s been told college isn’t worth it anymore. How do you reach them? By talking about it. Here’s our campaign for Maine’s Public Universities.
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
As a staff writer, I wrote for hundreds of episodes. That’s mountains of material, night after night. Here are a couple recurring bits I was proud of.
The Running Industry Diversity Coalition (RIDC)
I’ve led impact reports, toolkits, and event collateral for RIDC. Our work looks toward a future of inclusivity and action in the sport of running.
